The mighty penguins
PHAI is home to the Penguins and Emperor Penguins swim teams. PHAI is proud of our summer recreational swim team program where young swimmers improve their skills, learn sportsmanship as they compete against other swimmers, and have fun-filled, enjoyable summers.
We offer our members swim lessons for beginning, intermediate and advanced swimmers. Our very qualified coaches and lifeguards provide lesson sign-up books at the beginning of the swim season. Check at the Gatekeepers Office for lesson books..
